Robert Benenson


Robert Benenson has been an attorney for almost 30 years and has worked on complex litigation as an E-discovery specialist involving class actions, securities litigation, government second requests, and antitrust litigation.  During this time he also represented a client and won an appeal in the 4th D.C.A. of Florida.  While working for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, he automated the production of discovery packets used by A.D.A.s in trial and worked on the roll-out of a new E-Discovery platform.  Also, he worked for 2 years as counsel for a firm that represented sites in drug trials.
