We represent the Oklahoma Police Pension and Retirement System in an action against twenty-two U.S. and international banks for manipulating the prices of the $12.5 trillion market for U.S. government debt.

The claim is that banks and brokerages conspired to drive up future prices for Treasury securities in advance of announced auctions, and then deflate prices in the auction itself. The case is currently pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York before the Honorable Paul G. Gardephe.

The parties await a decision on defendants’ motion to dismiss.
