B&L Seeks Preliminary Approval of $40 Million Immunomedics Settlement

Proposed settlement comes after four years of intense litigation.

Block & Leviton today filed a motion seeking preliminary approval of a $40 million settlement in the long-running securities case against Immunomedics (which has since been acquired) and its executives. Additional details about the settlement are available on the case website.
