Block & Leviton to lead securities class action against Match Group, Inc.

Court notes Block & Leviton's substantial experience in securities fraud litigation.

Block & Leviton was appointed to represent investors suing Match Group for misleading them regarding Match Group’s acquisition of Hyperconnect and efforts to improve the profitability at its largest dating app, Tinder. In appointing Block & Leviton the court noted the firm has “substantial experience in securities fraud litigation . . . and has obtained a significant number of sizeable settlements in these cases over the years.” A copy of the order is available on the case website.
