Block & Leviton is co-lead counsel in this derivative action brought by investors in Madison Square Garden Entertainment, Inc. ("MSGE"), now known as Sphere Entertainment Co., challenging MSGE/Sphere's acquistion of MSG Networks, Inc. ("MSGN") an affiliated company. Both MSGE/Sphere and MSGN were controlled by the Dolan family. Block & Leviton recently achieved an $85 million settlement of the action (final approval pending).
