Block & Leviton served as co-lead counsel in this derivative action brought by investors in Madison Square Garden Entertainment, Inc. (“MSGE”), now known as Sphere Entertainment Co., challenging MSGE’s acquisition of MSG Networks, Inc. (“MSGN”), an affiliated company. Both MSGE and MSGN were controlled by the Dolan family. Block & Leviton achieved an $85 million settlement of the action, which was subsequently approved by the Court.
